The FishTank Truck is run and owned by Chef Steve Scarabosio and his wife, Laura. Combined, they have worked in the restaurant business for over 50 years. Chef Steve, having worked at Scoma’s Seafood Restaurant for 27 years, has an expert knowledge of all aspects of seafood. This knowledge along with his culinary talents and passion for cooking has resulted in the creation of the FishTank Truck.
Try our signature Dungeness Crab Cake sandwich served on an artisan bun with a Cajun tartar sauce and organic lettuce, or our grilled fresh fish with papaya jalapeno salsa.
